It’s all about the Measuement.

Place a flexible measuring tape around your head just above your ear and measure the circumference of your noggin. If you don’t have a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.

Measure at the position where the sweatband of your custom hat will sit. Do you like to wear a hat tilted back on your head, or straight above your ears and across your forehead?

The closer we can get this measurement, the better your custom hat will fit. Keep the tape measure as tight as you would want the hat to be. Let me know if you need it real tight for riding horses into the wind, maybe you want a chin strap too? If you got a lot of hair or you don’t want to crush your mind meat, let me know that too.
